The Buyer / Procurement Specialist Vacancy 

About the job:

 The Buyer / Procurement Specialist position is responsible for coordinating the purchase of goods an assigned group of products (categories). The key function of the job is to be responsible for the cycle of purchasing the goods to the stores.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, negotiating prices and monitoring performance to meet quality and delivery requirements, timelines, including search and source potential suppliers and vendors
  • Assist in strategizing product assortment to meet customer needs and company goals.
  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities, including singing of vendor contract procurement and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes, make POs.
  • Coordination and planning of deliveries to stores
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
  • Performs and coordinates any other tasks as required.

 Qualifications:

+ 1 - 3 years of experience

 Proficient in Microsoft applications

 Planning, and prioritization skills

 Self-organization

 Excellent communication and organizational skills

 

*If you are a proactive, motivated person but don't have experience in procurement, that's not a problem, we will teach you.

About the job:

Development manager is responsible for opening new store

Responsibilities:

  1. Property search in Arkansas and Missouri states.
  2. Conducting negotiation process for lease agreement.
  3. Signing lease agreement.

4.Conducting preparatory construction and installation works according to our requirements (Technology), including:

4.1. Finding a subcontractor for construction and installation works.

4.2. Monitoring the construction and installation process (acceptance of results).

  1. After completion of construction and installation works, the employee should deal with the delivery of commercial equipment to the store (shelves, cash registers, surveillance cameras, software, refrigerators, etc.). This includes:

5.1. Searching for manufacturers and suppliers of necessary equipment.

5.2. Signing contracts for equipment supply.

5.3. Organizing the equipment installation process.

5.4. Advertising the opening of the new store.

  1. Obtaining regulatory documentation for store operation.
  2. Cut the ribbon

 

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial real estate leasing,

- Construction

- Procurement

- wholesale and retail, and other areas.

 

Qualifications:

+ 1 - 3 years of experience
